PREPARATION
The client is responsible for ensuring that the area is clean and that the area is free of other trades and their equipment. The room should also have adequate power and lighting.
INSTALLATION
The floor fitters will work during normal working hours, and the customer is responsible for any risk to furniture, electrical equipment, or other objects moved during installation.

PATTERN MATCHING
Pattern matching is not guaranteed unless specifically requested, and may not be possible on stairs with multiple flights.

LIABILITY
The floor fitters are not liable for damage to the subfloor, floorboards, or other items, especially if they are near electrical cables or central heating pipes.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
The customer should refer to the manufacturer's care guide for information on how to care for their flooring.

PAYMENT
The customer must pay for the goods on completion of installation.
ESTIMATES
Delivery and fitting dates are estimates and are given in good faith.

SELF MEASURES
You take full responsibility and any costs of replacement flooring and lost time if your measurements are incorrect.
